The themes/staging areas were well done. The costumes/makeup were well done. The actors/actresses, which were all volunteers because the proceeds are used for donation, did a great job creating an awesome experience. The $20.00 "Zombie" add-on was well worth it to skip the initial "haunt trail" line, and you get to shoot zombies as your second experience. If you have back issues or knee issues that prevent you from being active in any way, this trek may be too challenging. It was $50.00 for a 3 hour experience, which I would consider a deal. Everyone was friendly as well. I would highly recommend!!!!! I also feel it is missed compared to other haunts offered and should be experienced at least once. According to workers the themes change yearly.

Every year we visit haunts and fun Halloween experiences. Being a writer and previous Haunt facilitator myself I enjoy a good theme and an unexpected scare. Lake Joy Trails of Terror did exactly what I wanted it too, give my wife and our friends a good scare with sensible actors and monsters!

This haunted house is the best. The extra experience is well worth the money and makes the event even better!!! I will go again and take many friend when I go. The lines are long but I see why! Everyone wants to go!!!!!!!!!!!
