Georgia's Oldest Haunt Does Scares Right!

VERIFIED

This haunted house and trail is one of the most fun and scariest ones that I've been to. They are Christian owned and operated and they donate to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta each year. With that being said, I had to check it out back in 2010 and I've been coming every year. They have a midway that is kinda like going to summer camp with a campfire, carnival games, movie theatre & concession and gift shop. You get a poker chip when you enter with a letter on it and that is what determines when you enter the haunted house. Be in line early because if not you may be waiting a while before you get to tour the attraction. The first place you go is into a house full of crazy rednecks and it is really up close and personal in there. But they are not allowed to touch you so you don't have to worry about that but the closeness is a little off putting. Then you find yourself out on a trail in the woods where these crazy hillbillies and rednecks are all over the place. I love the trail. Jump scares everywhere. Just when your heart has a chance to regain it's composure, BAM, you get another scare! The entire walk is between 1/4 and 1/2 mile and you are breathing and sweating heavily when you exit the attraction. I understand how these guys have been around for soooooo long. They are top dog in my book. Keep the scares going for a lot more years to come Camp Blood!
